EARLY VALENTINE’S CONCERT AT MOORA PARK

Locals can enjoy an afternoon of free music to celebrate an early Valentine’s Day by heading along to Moora Park Shorncliffe.

On Sunday afternoon, 12th February, Upper Moora Park will be filled with music from 2.00pm until 3pm.

In an afternoon concert by the sea, people can come along to enjoy the romance of brass with a selection of valentine music from South Brisbane Federal Band at Upper Moora Park.

“This is a perfect family Sunday afternoon to get in early for Valentine’s Day,” Councillor for Deagon Ward, Victoria Newton said.

“The Heart of Brass concert starts at 2.00pm, so bring a rug and head along to Upper Moora Park.

“Bring a picnic or grab a bite from across the road at Café on the Park.

“There’ll be lots of music and fun – so come along and enjoy an afternoon of free great entertainment.”
