Farmers Market Possible For Sandgate

A Community farmer's market to be located in Sandgate is in the works. Lindy Goodall, the owner of Satori Organics in Brighton, is in the process of organising a market to be held on Sundays by the Einbunpin Lagoon.
She said "The markets will be for the comunity and a great opportunity to connect local businesses. People can come along to the markets, then take a stroll down the waterfront. It will be a nice place for people to come together.
It is understood that the community markets have support of both the state member for Sandgate Vicky Darling and Councillor Victoria Newton and the hope is for the markets to be established around July - August.
